STEP 1: CONSULTATION + CONVERSATION
Every business and its needs are so different. We want to have an in depth conversation about your business, it's history with you, what's working and not working for you, and your ultimate goals. The scorpio in me wants to dig in deep to see more about YOU and your needs, and then transform that into something tangible and visible for you.
STEP 2: DIAGNOSIS
I will diagnose what your brand and business may need to reach your goals and deliver a simple plan of action for you and your business with your budget and time/energy to devote to this project.
This could be a number of things:

STEP 3: SETTING GOALS
By this time we have set up a working agreement with you and talked about pricing unique to your needs and budget. We will chat again after diagnosis to work on creating a focus and goals of where to start first. Typically we start from the root issue and work outwards. A lot of times this is daunting and scary for folx as we are all already so busy with normal day to day operations, but it's truly worth the time and effort to make your business work better for you. We will make a plan and set goals over time to spread out the work.
STEP 4: CHECKING IN
We will set up regular meetings depending on your goals. Check in's are really great to keep accountable for your goals! We will keep up to-do lists and make sure we are staying on track. If you are working on a branding update with us, we will be setting deadlines, working with you at each step of the process. If you are working with us on inclusivity, these will be able to support questions you have as you start attracting a more diverse clientele.
STEP 5: CELEBRATING
We also will be celebrating your wins with you as you experience an energy shift in your business! We want to see you succeed and feel fulfilled by the people you attract or work with.
