This is basically Wedding Management on steroids. This allows you to plan the things you *want* to plan for your wedding, but with extra support on the more difficult aspects of your planning process. We have designed two major common-stress-related-categories that most people struggle with. We also will provide a menu of other A LA CARTE Toppings you can add in.

This is the bare minimum that we like to be involved, and it's a bit more that just month of coordination! We schedule a few check in's but the main part of the service starts about 6-8 weeks away from your event to start taking over the logistics and you start being in charge of the emotional side.

This is all about you two and maybe the few you invite to witness your intimate day. This is a customizable service to meet your needs and what you want out of your day whether it is eating ice cream together, picnic in the mountains, or getting matching tattoos!

If you only need a bit of extra guidance and support through your planning process, but you have your coordination / set up + breakdown, and on-site assistance covered! We will help you strategize your planning, organize your timeline, and even can assist in communicating with vendors as you get closer. This is a bit more custom to your specific needs, so we can assist hourly as you need us or on retainer.

DESIGN ASSISTANCE
THIS IS SO FUCKING HELPFUL. We designed an add on service that can tie in with any of the planning and coordination we do. We coach and work directly with you to assist in creating a design / the language to communicate your overall look with your vendors. We will have design chats and use our resources like Pinterest and Canva to give you the visuals you need to bring your design to life. We also assist by "vendor matching" to pair you with the best vendors to complete your vision.
VENDOR PLANNING
For the Wedding Planning packages (or add-on planning categories), we like to follow a structure that keeps us all on the same page without forcing you to think about wedding things all of the time. We do this by creating “Focus Months” for booking major vendors - after the initial booking process, the planning details are spread out more naturally. So here’s a general outline for how that process works for most planning categories:
