I'm sure you can tell in our branding that we do things a little differently and we are socially aware of the impacts we have on the wedding and service industry as well as culturally in how people celebrate themselves.

 

It's important to me (Erin) to make sure my people are happy and comfortable here. I'm a pretty casual person to work with. I'm also here to support and lift yall up - If you would like any references of what it's like working with us, I can share Sierra or Margo's information with you to check with.

DAY OF ASSISTANTS / COORDINATION APPRENTICE 

We would like to hire a total of 2 assistants or coordination apprentices for this fall. This position can be temporary for you to try out something new - or this can transition into something more if you are interested in learning the art of wedding planning from us and potentially join our coordination team in 2022. Pay is flexible based on experience, but good hourly rate!

The following are not requirements for this position unless stated:

  • Must be at least 18.

  • Should be able to lift objects that are 50lb.

  • Must have a reliable mode of transportation to and from the venues/job sites.

  • Must have weekends available as that's when events happen.

  • Ideal if you have service industry or customer service experience.

HOURS: These are flexible based on the event itself. We can give options for your schedule of 1/2 or full event days. It depends on the work load/installation/breakdown. We can talk more about this.

COORDINATORS

We would like to hire coordinators for PWS for 2022! Basically look at this position as you are an employee but with business owner perks of making your own schedule as long as you get your shit done! It's important for me that you are happy in your position, but also not for the faint of heart. IF you are an organized and self motivated person - it's a great position for you. 

The following are not requirements for this position unless stated:

  • Must be at least 18.

  • Should be able to lift objects that are 50lb.

  • Must have a reliable mode of transportation to and from the venues/job sites.

  • Must have weekends available as that's when events happen.

  • Ideal if you have service industry or customer service experience.

  • Willingness to go above and beyond for strangers under high stress with a smile on your face.

HOURS: Depends on how much you are willing to take on. We can create a special training schedule for you.
